Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and detailed work plans.
• Establish budgets, manage timelines, and track deliverables.
• Allocate resources and lead project teams to ensure output.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow and MS Projects.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and team building skills.
• Ability to create and maintain project artifacts and reports.
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
