You manage medium-to-high complexity programs, steering execution toward defined goals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Steer technical program conversations, articulate architectural approaches, and co-develop system design documentation.
• Manage multiple projects across teams, tracking and interpreting OKRs and KPIs.
• Anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery by working within and across teams.
• Participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies, contributing to prioritization and feasibility testing.
• Identify and execute process improvements by redesigning delivery flows with relevant teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a project management capacity.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management processes, templates, and techniques.
• Experience managing project budgets and reporting.
• Proficiency with Rally, Jira, and Confluence for Agile delivery tracking.
• Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and data management.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies, specifically Hive, Spark, and Python.
• Technical knowledge sufficient to discuss system design and technical challenges.
• Experience writing technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Any Graduate education level.
• Ability to work effectively in on-site environments in Phoenix, AZ.
