Manage large-scale IT projects for State clients with aggressive timelines and evolving scopes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects through structured methodologies.
• Oversee application development and testing processes.
• Create and execute project work plans to address changing business requirements.
• Implement business process improvements and controls.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience in an IT environment.
• Mandatory experience working with State clients.
• Experience managing large projects with challenging scopes and tight timelines.
• Knowledge of structured project management methodologies.
• Experience with application development and testing lifecycles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
