Description

You will manage capacity planning and reporting for the PMO to support multiple product delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed capacity planning reports covering allocations, actuals, and forecasts including budget, SOW, and burn rates.
• Track capacity commitments across scrum teams by Program Increments (PI) and Products.
• Ensure data integrity in capacity reporting through rigorous quality practices and communication with delivery teams.
• Partner with product delivery and Tech Portfolio teams to collect initiative sizing and track resource shifts.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase confidence in capacity reporting.

Required Skills

• PMP Certification.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and practices.
• Experience managing and analyzing large data sets.
