Description

Manage large-scale enterprise IT transformation projects and oversee program area implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of business and data analysts to oversee the design, development, and implementation of information system projects.
• Define business and technological requirements by consulting with product owners, subject matter experts, and scrum teams.
• Coordinate development teams and vendors to ensure solutions are implemented successfully, on time, and within budget.
• Establish project governance and monitoring controls for both complex enterprise and small-scale projects.
• Provide strategic direction for enterprise-level IT implementations and mentor state personnel in project management practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing information technology solutions.
• PMP certification or equivalent professional working experience.
• Proven experience applying project management and project governance principles.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams including analysts and development staff.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and external development efforts.
