You will lead project execution and manage stakeholder relationships within the retirement and insurance domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain internal processes to manage the full execution of projects.
• Manage business and vendor functions to ensure project success.
• Engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Promote collaboration across functional and organizational boundaries to optimize results.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery methodology.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in business and vendor management.
• Advanced written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take total ownership of project outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with business intelligence tools.
