Description

Lead system implementations by managing schedules, budgets, and stakeholder requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and schedule all activities involved in system implementations.
• Translate business functions and processes into technical system requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and develop formal agendas.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports covering tasks, action items, and budget tracking.
• Document processes, requirements, reports, and specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading successful system implementations.
• Experience developing and executing new system implementation plans.
• Proven ability to monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Strong group facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in process modeling documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
• Professional experience in higher-education environments.
