Description

 >> Support a variety of cross-functional initiatives within the organization

>> Work closely with leadership team, contributing to both structured project delivery and ad-hoc strategic and administrative initiatives

>> Hybrid presence required (minimum 2 days onsite in Collegeville, PA) to enable effective coaching, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement

Requirements: 

>> 6+ years of experience in project coordination or project management roles

>> Exposure to Agile/SAFe environments

>> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence without authority
