Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional initiatives across the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership on structured project delivery and ad-hoc strategic tasks.
• Engage stakeholders and provide coaching through regular onsite presence.
• Influence teams and drive project outcomes without direct authority.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hybrid or matrix organizational structures.
