Description

You will oversee public construction projects from mobilization through closeout, ensuring contractual expectations and project objectives are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of all contract documents, including specifications, government contracts, and subcontracts.
• Direct long-term project schedules aligned with public sector timelines.
• Establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards based on public sector requirements.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports compliant with public sector financial regulations.
• Manage and enforce safety standards and regulations across all project scopes.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years as a Project Manager with related experience in the public roadway sector.
• BS degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Project Scheduling, Financial Reporting, Project Planning, Safety Management, and Contract Management.
• Proficiency with P6, Heavy Job, Blue Beam, and CAD software.
• Ability to interact effectively with government clients in a teamwork environment.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills for team collaboration.
