Description

Lead large-scale ERP migrations from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud across North American and European time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP implementations, specifically moving from EBS to Fusion Cloud.
• Execute project planning, monitoring, and scope management for Agile and Hybrid projects.
• Oversee stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cutover planning.
• Track tasks, milestones, and reporting while managing vendors and Oracle SRs.
• Lead virtual teams across North American and European time zones.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of managing at least two full-lifecycle ERP implementation projects.
• Direct experience with Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle EBS and Fusion environments.
• Expertise in Agile and Hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency in Oracle SR management and tracking.
• Ability to work overlapping North American and European hours.
• Must hold a local driver's license.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing distributed virtual teams in a remote capacity.
