Description

You will lead enterprise-scale data management projects from initiation through closure. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
• Lead agile projects within state or federal government agencies or similar environments.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget using Agile methodologies.
• Create Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables and manage projects using this framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12+ years of project management experience focusing on complex projects.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-scale data management projects.
• Mandatory PMP certification.
• Agile methodologies expertise.
• Agile-related certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with Jira and Micro Focus Project Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Texas Project Delivery Framework (TPDF) deliverables.
• Master's degree.
