Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery for data engineering, data platform, analytics, and governance initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, scopes, and risks across data, engineering, cloud, product, and business teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on best practices, and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Gather requirements from business owners and executives, ensuring alignment and clearly communicating project status, risks, and dependencies.
• Oversee data validation, UAT cycles, and production readiness for data pipelines, migrations, and integrations.
• Promote PMO practices, document processes, and identify opportunities for cross-team improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years managing data or analytics projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-team data or cloud projects.
• Good understanding of data platforms, ETL/ELT, Data Quality, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data governance frameworks and practices.
