Lead new product development by implementing project structures, managing resources, and tracking budgets to optimize team efficiency.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with dependencies, resources, and budgets.
• Ensure quality through planning, risk management, critical path analysis, and scenario creation.
• Manage project processes including milestone and capacity reviews while fostering continuous improvement.
• Coach teams on Agile practices and apply hybrid methodologies in collaboration with leadership.
• Advise project teams on planning, risk management, and scenario analysis to ensure value delivery.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of project and/or program management experience in diagnostic, medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or business-related fields.
• Experience leading complex new product development and product care projects.
• 2-3 years of experience in regulated industries (FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in Planisware, MS Office, Google Suite, Trello, LucidChart, Smartsheet, Jira, and ADO.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of design control and phased development processes.
• Understanding of healthcare quality, risk, and regulatory compliance.
