Description

Lead diverse project teams through Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid lifecycles for cloud-hosted SaaS implementations. Manage end-to-end delivery from development through execution, ensuring value for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and motivate project teams to deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead business and IT resources through discovery and documentation of requirements in RFP and SOR formats.
• Apply process engineering and re-engineering techniques to optimize project workflows.
• Blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies to suit specific project and business environments.

Required Skills

• Minimum 15 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale projects.
• Current PMP certification from PMI or VITAs PM certification.
• Expertise in Microsoft Project, Visio, and Project Server.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall principles.
• Experience with business and technical requirement documentation.
