Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery of Business and IT projects, managing procurement, resource allocation, and operational transitions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendors, consultants, and internal staff to execute projects and procurement activities.
• Oversee development of proposals, statements of work, statements of requirements, and RFP responses.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and scope while tracking progress for stakeholders.
• Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams to define project plans, goals, objectives, and technical requirements.
• Drive project delivery through the full lifecycle, including resource allocation and structured transitions to operations.

Required Skills

• Active PMP certification from PMI.
• 5+ years of experience applying Agile and Waterfall project management principles.
• 5+ years of experience leading business and IT resources through requirement discovery and documentation.
• 5+ years of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• Proficiency running Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to represent project teams in technical forums and facilitate resolution of technical issues.
• 5+ years of experience leading others to implement new systems, structures, and methods.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud-hosted SaaS implementation projects.
• Background in Data Modernization and Enterprise Data Warehouse projects.
• 4+ years of experience in the Healthcare industry and a technical background.
