Description

Design, plan, and coordinate project work while managing multiple concurrent initiatives and supporting the IT leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Design project charters, work plans, and communication strategies to align with business and technical objectives.
• Track budget and schedule progress using established metrics to ensure project goals are met.
• Define project methodologies, roles, and responsibilities while managing scope and negotiating resources.
• Document risks, develop mitigation plans, and identify issues to remove barriers for the team.
• Manage a group of application systems analysts and provide technical support for complex application features and designs.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with PMI industry practices.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate large teams.
• Experience managing application systems analysts and complex technical designs.
• Ability to communicate directly with project sponsors and stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
