You will manage the end-to-end system development process to align IT solutions with business initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage diverse projects including RFPs, contract and scope development, infrastructure upgrades, and application enhancements.
• Lead the implementation of COTS/vendor applications involving multiple integrations.
• Identify technical approaches for assigned projects and oversee the full development lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams, building consensus among developers, product owners, and subject matter experts.
• Communicate project value and navigate diverse viewpoints to advocate for necessary changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing projects using Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps, and MS Visio.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of web application programming and content management systems.
• Technical familiarity with APIs, databases, and system design.
• Proven ability to manage project scope and meet deadlines set by internal and external agencies.
