Description

Own product backlog definition, delivery execution, and Agile team enablement for engineering squads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, translating roadmap priorities into technically actionable requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives) and coordinate release sequencing with tech leads.
• Maintain Jira implementation roadmaps, ensuring data hygiene, traceability, and accurate progress reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards using BI tools to track DORA metrics, velocity, and delivery health.
• Identify and resolve blockers, dependencies, and risks while shielding the team from context-switching.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Product Ownership roles.
• Deep proficiency in Jira for backlog management, reporting, and automation rules.
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Kanban practices.
• Experience with DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to integrate AI-enabled tools into workflows with appropriate governance and human oversight.
• Proven track record of stakeholder communication and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI-assisted practices to backlog management and delivery execution.
• Background in leading continuous improvement initiatives and change management workshops.
