You will lead projects and coordinate workflows using Kanban methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycles using Kanban frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts to define and refine requirements.
• Drive project delivery through structured management practices.
• Coordinate team workflows to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet project goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience (9+ years required if no Bachelor's degree is held).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• 1+ year of experience working directly with Business Analysts.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using Kanban methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to manage project lifecycles and deliver structured outcomes.
