Description

Lead end-to-end data projects, combining technical oversight with full project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery, including estimations, proposal writing, and resource planning.
• Manage project tasks and team productivity through delegation and tracking.
• Drive client engagement via status reporting, risk management, and presentations.
• Provide technical leadership in data access, integration, modeling, and visualization.
• Execute strategic roadmaps for enterprise data architecture and establish development standards.

Required Skills

• 10–14 years of professional experience, with 3–4 years specifically in project management.
• Technical expertise in SQL Server and AWS.
• Proficiency in Data Modelling, Data Mining, and Data Profiling.
• Experience managing data migration projects from on-premises to cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, data architecture, and integration frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), including public and private cloud migration.
• Ability to manage client relationships and commercial activities including RFP engagement.
• Experience mentoring teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and industry trends.
• Experience with data storage and computation frameworks and performance optimization.
