Description

Lead the Other Technologies team by managing and prioritizing development initiatives in alignment with business goals. You will drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration, enforce adoption policies, and ensure timely project delivery. Your role involves mentoring team members, managing resources, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Other Technologies initiatives.
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverable quality to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team alignment.
• Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and high-standard deliverables.
• Monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices and identify innovation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 12+ years managing projects within Other Technologies domains (cloud, AI/ML, blockchain, or IoT).
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Project for project tracking and management.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies for cross-functional team management.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Technical background in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to translate technical development goals into measurable business value.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum Master).
• Experience in technology consulting, product development, or software engineering project management.
