Description

You will lead medium-complexity projects autonomously, managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver specific products and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery by managing day-to-day objectives, schedules, risks, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Act as a triple-hat lead performing Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Operations Manager functions.
• Manage P&L, financial forecasts, and billing processes to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Lead and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, handling resource assignments, releases, and team administration.
• Interface with clients to negotiate deadlines, priorities, and resources while providing transparent reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development or delivery organizations.
• Proven development experience and a strong understanding of programming languages and technologies.
• PMP certification and Agile certification.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure, Asana, or MS Project.
• Direct experience managing P&L and financial aspects of projects.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and implement Agile values.
• Strong communication skills for client partnership and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or SAFe Agilist certifications.
