Lead infrastructure technology projects and complex initiatives to deliver objectives and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to execute high-scope, high-risk infrastructure initiatives.
• Adopt corporate project management standards, IT controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage Issue, Problem, and Threats (IPTs) using Service Now.
• Oversee Application Portfolio Management, IT Asset Management, and Governance & Risk Compliance.
• Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and API Inventory.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience leading infrastructure technology projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, and MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Service Now (APM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB).
• Familiarity with infrastructure domains: Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware, Mainframe.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to manage significant scope, scale, and risk.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
