Description

You will manage end-to-end Agile projects, acting in a Scrum Master capacity. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Agile projects from inception to completion using Scrum methodologies.
• Develop project plans, Statements of Work (SOW), and delivery schedules.
• Analyze and optimize project costs to improve revenue and margins.
• Review support projects, monitor SLAs, and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Create and manage staffing plans for project teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software project management.
• Hands-on technical background in software development.
• Proficiency with Java and .NET frameworks.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Mobile application development.
• Expertise in Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to draft SOW and project documentation.
• Experience managing project financials and margins.
