Description

Manage project setup, planning, and execution within the IT Services & Operations organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, setup, and process execution to ensure consistency.
• Monitor timesheets and report on utilization and forecasts at the organization level.
• Gather and document requirements with internal and external functional teams.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings between technical resources and business partners.
• Ensure task execution complies with departmental processes and documentation standards.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of IT Project experience, including at least 2 years in Project Management or coordination.
• Proven experience performing project planning exercises.
• Knowledge of project management methods and theories.
• Project management certification.
• Data analysis experience.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Project and MS Visio.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
