Description

You will facilitate research productivity by helping users navigate supercomputing systems, tools, and software.

Responsibilities

• Assist researchers with support requests, including managing account approvals and dataset access.
• Coordinate communications across the user base regarding news, events, and announcements.
• Build components for online learning projects, including content editing and learner support.
• Compile data from supercomputing systems and learning platforms for reports and presentations.
• Review training materials and documentation to identify improvements for research facilitation processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in high performance computing.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell Scripting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Programming experience in MATLAB, Fortran, C, C++, or Java.
• Strong mathematical foundations.
