Responsibilities

• Lead large project teams through all phases of the lifecycle.
• Create detailed project plans for iterative development.
• Analyze, summarize, and report project status regularly.
• Manage client leadership interactions and team dynamics.

Required Skills

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 10+ years of experience leading large teams.
• 10 years of experience working with client leadership.
• 8 years of experience working with Agile teams.
• 7 years of experience managing teams in a high-pace environment.
• 7 years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience in Public Sector/Federal Government projects.
• Proficiency in Agile and Project Management principles.
