Description

You will manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for commercial banking initiatives, driving scope, planning, and stakeholder communication.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through implementation, defining scope and driving milestones to completion.
• Lead project resources and maintain clear communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports, maintain project documentation, and manage project budgets effectively.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and change management needs.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of recent experience in a commercial banking environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure assets and technical environments.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proven decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex IT infrastructure projects.
