Description

You will manage a telephony services project and potentially additional agency projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Direct large upgrade projects by managing staffing, schedules, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including communication, risk management, and deployment plans.
• Facilitate decision-making by working closely with Project Sponsors and Governance Committees.
• Manage vendor participation, change requests, and project budgets.
• Drive project work to completion while maintaining status reports, decision logs, and issue logs.

Required Skills

• Current PMP certification is required.
• 7+ years of experience managing large, complex projects through the full life cycle.
• Proven ability to lead and manage both local and remote teams.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK, PMI Project Management Standards, and PM tools/templates.
• Experience blending Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Expertise in project staffing, developing, monitoring, and controlling schedules.
• Ability to evaluate complex data and situations to identify viable solutions.
• Experience managing stakeholder communications with internal/external clients and senior management.
