Description

You will lead large-scale upgrade projects from initiation through completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct project staffing, schedule development, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including communication, risk management, deployment, and lessons-learned plans.
• Identify and resolve complex issues, risks, and change requests.
• Facilitate decision-making with project sponsors, governance committees, and senior management.
• Oversee vendor participation, budgeting, resource allocation, and status reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing large or complex projects through the full life cycle.
• Current PMP certification is required.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK and PMI Project Management Standards.
• Proficiency in PM tools and templates.
• Proficiency in blending Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience leading and managing both local and remote teams.
• Proven ability to manage risk, deployment, and communication plans.
• Strong capability in analyzing complex data to evaluate factors and achieve project objectives.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external clients.
