Description

Manage divisional program roadmaps, vendor relationships, and cross-functional project execution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain divisional roadmaps in collaboration with Project Portfolio Managers.
• Construct business cases and cost-benefit analyses for prioritized initiatives.
• Establish program governance models and manage vendor onboarding and performance.
• Track program status, risks, and resource allocations, presenting updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state IT roadmaps and security requirements.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple large complex projects.
• 7+ years creating roadmaps for IT portfolios.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, testing, and communications.
• 5+ years developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and market assessments.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and project management tools.
• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government entities.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Agile (PMI-ACP) certification.
• Experience managing legacy system replacement projects.
