Description

Manage a portfolio of complex IT projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and schedule while leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects across different development stages, aligning priorities and timelines.
• Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage project risks, costs, schedules, quality, testing, and communications.
• Lead strategic initiatives and drive systematic corrective actions to improve system quality.
• Facilitate effective collaboration with stakeholders, clients, and IT personnel at all levels.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing project risk, cost, schedule, quality, and communications.
• 5+ years of program management experience overseeing multiple large, complex projects.
• 7+ years of experience creating roadmaps for project portfolios.
• 7+ years of proven track record delivering IT projects within budget, scope, and schedule.
• 5+ years of experience developing business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and market analysis.
• Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Solid work experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience managing legacy system replacement projects and data migration.
• Experience collaborating with State and Local Government entities.
