Role Descriptions: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

u Strong experience in IT project management in Life Sciences / Pharma domain

u Deep understanding of:

o SDLC & Agile delivery

o Lab Informatics (LIMS, ELN, CDS) – preferred

u Expertise in:

o Scope, cost, and schedule management

o Stakeholder communication

o Risk & compliance management

u Experience with:

o Agile / Scrum methodologies

o Tools: JIRA, MS Project

u Exposure to regulated environments (GxP / CSV / validation)


Roles & Responsibilities

u Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality KPIs with zero deviations.

u Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, validation standards, and audit readiness.

u Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and business teams

u Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

u Preparing and signing off on contracts

u Publish weekly/Monthly status report to customer and TCS leadership

u Drive automation, AI/analytics-led improvements, and operational efficiency.
