Description

Manage IT project delivery in the Life Sciences and Pharma domain, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality KPIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality with zero deviations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, validation standards, and audit readiness.
• Manage relationships with internal/external stakeholders and business teams.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and sign off on contracts, and publish weekly/monthly status reports.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong experience in IT project management.
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Expertise in scope, cost, and schedule management.
• Experience with stakeholder communication and risk/compliance management.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.
• Exposure to regulated environments (GxP, CSV, validation).

Preferred Skills

• Deep understanding of Lab Informatics (LIMS, ELN, CDS).
• Experience driving automation, AI/analytics-led improvements, and operational efficiency.
