Description

You will lead all aspects of project management for large-scale IT initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables at the outset of each initiative.
• Create detailed development plans including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress using KPIs related to timeframe, budget, and resource utilization.
• Identify stakeholders and establish clear communication channels across team members, clients, and vendors.
• Maintain quality control standards and document lessons learned post-completion to inform future strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proven track record of executing large-scale IT initiatives.
• Ability to manage large, diverse teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task without compromising quality.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within highly regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
