Description

You will lead end-to-end delivery for the LINKIN Platform Upgrade and digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk assessment, and change management.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement with executive leadership, program managers, and third-party vendors.
• Develop project documentation such as charters, work breakdown structures, budgets, and status reports.
• Oversee backlog, issue tracking, and task workflows using ServiceNow and Azure DevOps.
• Facilitate Steering Committee meetings and provide governance reporting.

Required Skills

• Active and valid PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow.
• Experience managing Cúram technology-based implementations (v7 and v8).
• Technical familiarity with Dynamics CRM, Azure, AWS, and Oracle DB.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and proprietary platform implementations.
• Ability to work within Agile and Hybrid Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience delivering CRM projects with cloud components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with or for the Government of Saskatchewan (GoS) or similar public sector clients.
