Description

Manage research programs and participant recruitment for Salesforce stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Salesforce participants for research activities, dedicating approximately 75% of time to this effort.
• Build and maintain panels of 5-6 distinct participant groups.
• Source and recruit candidates from the customer database.
• Dedicate 25% of time to strategic program building and management.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of project management experience.
• Proven ability to recruit from customer databases.
• Experience building and managing participant panels.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple research streams.
• Ability to balance tactical recruitment with strategic program development.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Enterprise or SaaS domains.
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem research.
