Description

You will manage performance projects and program segments from design through implementation and testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project work plans, issues, risks, and dependencies using client program management tools.
• Execute project phases in alignment with contract requirements, objectives, and company policies.
• Produce status reports and conduct regular status meetings.
• Facilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions.
• Coordinate and guide project teams to meet technical and schedule requirements.

Required Skills

• 5 to 10 years of progressive IT experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated Project Management experience.
• Proficiency with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in project planning using Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to resolve technical issues and manage project risks.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Skills

• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field required.
