You will lead retail operations projects focused on supply chain optimization, product management systems, and customer experience improvements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead key initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Manage application development projects within the retail domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve merchandising practices and product-facing systems.
• Oversee project lifecycles using established management methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience specifically within the retail industry.
• Extensive experience managing application development projects.
• Deep understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
• Knowledge of merchandising practices and product-facing systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA and MS Project.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, MIS/CIS, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
