Description

Manage medium to large-scale, cross-workstream projects that directly impact the company. Own project delivery from design through implementation and transfer to business as usual.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional projects based on defined priorities, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and governance materials are met.
• Plan, document, and execute project plans while identifying and mitigating risks or issues.
• Partner with Product, Tech, Business Analyst, and Process stakeholders to align on commitments and drive delivery.
• Lead meetings, document progress, and report project status to stakeholders.
• Identify ways to improve and streamline processes and collaboration across workstreams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Relationship Management.
• Experience supporting or partnering with internal business clients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage complex up and downstream project impacts.
• Proficiency in end-to-end project management delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Relationship Management.
• Process or Project Management certification (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PMP) or Business Management certification.
