Description

Lead complex IT projects through full lifecycles, managing multiple workstreams to meet aggressive delivery schedules. Own project outcomes, including budgets, schedules, risks, and task tracking. Coordinate resources with IT management, development staff, and business groups. Collaborate with vendors and contractors, handling contract and procurement management. Facilitate design workshops to document requirements and use cases. Define test objectives and oversee test plan design. Communicate timelines and progress metrics to technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage project outcomes, budgets, schedules, risks, and task tracking.

Required Skills

• 8+ years managing large, multi-stream projects.
• PMI PMP or VITAs PM certification (mandatory).
• Experience in IT Infrastructure delivery (networking, physical plant, vendor management, site provisioning).
• Ability to lead projects through Pre-Select, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, and Closeout phases.
• Experience adhering to formal project management practices and governance requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Agile Scrum Master certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project Server.
