You will manage software development projects using Agile methodologies to deliver quality results within scope, schedule, and cost constraints.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations by understanding their specific business practices.
• Assist Product Owners in creating and prioritizing the Product Backlog.
• Set clear performance standards and hold team members accountable to keep projects on track.
• Analyze and document business and system processes.
• Balance competing demands between project quality, scope, schedule, and cost.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project management.
• Expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
• Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability in mentoring, coaching, and team building.

Preferred Skills

• SAFe certification.
• Experience working within the SAFe framework.
