Description

Manage the full project lifecycle for IT initiatives including infrastructure, service desk, imaging, and applications. Ensure delivery on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget constraints.
• Coordinate efforts between internal team members, external consultants, and managed service providers.
• Develop project documentation, including requirements, as-is/future state process flows, and business cases.
• Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while performing risk management to minimize impact.
• Support IT budget management and requisitions as a backup to Senior IT Management Analyst.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of proven experience in project management or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Trello.
• Experience performing cost-benefit analysis and developing business cases.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid Richmond, VA schedule.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with IT infrastructure and software development.
