Description

You will lead complex software development projects from conception through to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor members to ensure collaboration.
• Manage project lifecycles including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while adapting to changing requirements.
• Communicate updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets to meet defined goals.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing software development projects.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git and SVN.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies including unit, integration, and automated testing.
• Ability to use project tracking tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Understanding of software architecture and the development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
