Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of technology and business projects within the DMAS Project Management Office.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project lifecycles including procurement, planning, execution, controlling, and closeout.
• Develop detailed standalone and integrated project schedules using MS Project.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies to meet specific project needs.
• Track vendor deliverables and perform vendor management functions.
• Manage stakeholder communications, expectations, and senior leadership reporting.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience managing large projects, stakeholders, and project teams.
• 10 years of experience leading Waterfall projects.
• 6 years of experience leading both Waterfall and Agile projects.
• 6 years of advanced experience using MS Project.
• 6 years of advanced experience using PowerPoint and Excel for data analysis and dashboard production.
• 5 years of advanced knowledge of MS Visio.
• Active PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Medicaid Management IT Systems or Managed Care Organizations.
• General understanding of Medicaid business processes.
