Description

You will manage the end-to-end execution of technical projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and target gross margins.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams including design engineering, project engineering, and supply chain representatives to execute project deliverables.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources while maintaining accurate revenue and cost forecasts.
• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material and service delivery.
• Oversee commercial aspects including proposals, cost estimates, purchase orders, and contracts.
• Ensure employee safety and quality standards are prioritized during project execution.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Materials Planning/Execution and/or Project Management.
• Proven experience in manufacturing or project management within power generation, power plants, or utility companies.
• Ability to read blueprints, procedures, and specifications.
• Competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead and influence project teams.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
• Experience with rotating power generation equipment.
• Bachelor of Science degree.
