Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects and programs to meet business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project proposals to define timelines, funding, and execution processes.
• Establish work plans, assign duties, and direct personnel for project activities and iterations.
• Implement and monitor the project communication plan, generating status reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans to ensure project goals are met within scope and budget.
• Champion project management best practices and maintain governance functions on behalf of executive sponsors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT work experience, including 2+ years in a project coordination role.
• 3+ years of business unit (BU) or BU-facing experience.
• Experience leading medium to high complexity, cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, resource management, and change management techniques.
• Ability to blend traditional project management with agile development approaches.
• Experience managing project budgets and controlling expenditures.
• Knowledge of ACP and CSM.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with projects involving one or more technology or functional domains.
