Description

You will lead document, content, and records management programs within an operational or technology environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple direct reports and concurrent initiatives while handling competing priorities.
• Oversee the implementation of AI/ML technologies for document classification, data extraction, and intelligent routing.
• Design and document business processes using process maps, swimlane diagrams, and SIPOC charts.
• Conduct formal requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews and user story creation.
• Drive project delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10 years of supervisory or program management experience for document, content, or records management teams.
• 7 years of experience with enterprise ECM/EDMS platforms such as IBM FileNet, Laserfiche, or Hyland products.
• 7 years of experience implementing AI/ML technologies in a production environment.
• 7 years of experience with OCR, ICR, barcode recognition, and forms processing technologies.
• 7 years of proficiency in project management tools including Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps.
• 7 years of experience managing requirements traceability and functional flow diagrams.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with RightFax, Kofax, or comparable fax server/document capture platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP), Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CIP/CRM designations.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and cloud-based content service migrations.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including HIPAA, SOX, FOIA, or NARA.
