Description

Manage large-scale enterprise implementations for state-level clients, overseeing technical lifecycles from inception to completion.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementation projects within State of Texas or similar federal/state frameworks.
• Oversee technical development lifecycles, leveraging a background in development.
• Coordinate project workflows and documentation using Jira.
• Manage project delivery within state procurement and contracting processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of project management experience specifically for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 8 years of project management experience working with the State of Texas or similar state/federal entities.
• 8 years of technical development experience.
• Experience working within state procurement and contracting processes.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate-level degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification and 4 years of experience.
• Agile (Scrum) methodology experience with 3 years of application.
• Salesforce experience (2 years) and Jira experience (1 year).
